Is this Secret Santa generator free?

Yes. It's free for any group size up to 100 people. There's no account, no app to install, and nothing to pay.

Does the organizer see who drew whom?

No. Nobody does. The organizer page shows who has opened their link and who has added a wishlist, but never the matches. If you want to join the exchange yourself, add your own name and open your own link like everyone else.

How do exclusions work?

Add a pair, like Priya and Marcus, and neither of them will draw the other. Use it for couples, roommates, siblings, or last year's pairs. If the pairs make a draw impossible, we'll tell you so you can loosen them.

Do you send the emails or texts?

No. After the draw you get one private link per person. You send each one from your own phone or computer, by text, WhatsApp, email, or any app in your share sheet. That's why nobody in your group ever gets a message from us.

Someone lost their link. What now?

Open your organizer link. Every person's link is there to copy or share again. If the organizer link is lost too, there's no way to recover the group, so draw a new one.

When is our data deleted?

Your group, the names, and the wishlists are deleted automatically 60 days after the exchange date (or 120 days after the draw if you didn't set a date). The organizer can delete the group at any time from the organizer page.
